out of round tire...

i drive on the highway 4/7 days of the week and one of my tires is out of round. it gets really bad and feels like the whole truck is shaking. anything that can be done besides buying new tire? do golfballs and bbs really work or are they for bigger tires?

if it is truly out of round and not just out of balance you have a couple options...you can have it trued, golf balls might help a little, but id much rather just replace it.

yea shes outta round, in school i have an auto tech class(we just got natef certified) and we have a wheel balancer, this wheel wanted almost 1lbs in weights...and also as soon as my teacher saw it he said it was out of round

yeah thats a bit high. not uncommon for bigger tires though. i balanced tom4's 42's and i believe one of them took around 26 oz.

unless it's a real old tire, you should be able to warranty it.
