I have 2 from a 78 K20 they appear the same as my 89 will they work?

Thats one of the reasons I was asking if anybody had any laying around is because when I went and looked at some in the junk yard it appeard that you have to remove 2 or 3 bolts on the back side of the door, one on each side of the thumb peice and one where the end of the handle attaches, I still dont know if this is true maybe I can post that as a question on this thread or some one will read this and post an answer. But when I was at the junk yard the ones that were available still had the inside door panels on so I would of had to do a lot of work just to get them so I figured I would ask first. I am not in a hurry so if its kewl can we wait to see if there is a reply on how to remove them?
Thanks Nick

There is one bolt inside the door and one at the edge, then you have to remove the clips holding the rods, and it's so tight in there that it's no fun.
I had 4 sets of doors, I stripped 2 and then ditched the other doors because i lost my patience.
I know I should have at least one set in my pile, I will be cleaning this week end if I find them they are yours for the shipping.

and I'll get the other two asap I need to get back out there and get the piece of trash parts truck to the dump.
