All of our Single Link Tabs, U Bolt Plates, & Diff covers are a seriously strong .375" (3/8) thick.

Beadlock Kits (DIY) - Our 15" locks have 33 - (3/8) countersunk boltholes, 16" have 36 holes, 16.5" & 17" have 39 holes.
Crossmembers - Different applications - available March 1st, 2006
Differential Protection - All differential rings are .375 (3/8). Rings are available countersunk. Covers are available in .375 and .25 (1/4). Covers are available with or W/O drain plug. Diff rings are available individually for the home fabricator, or available as an un-welded kit for FF14B, D60/70 & D44's
Disk Brake Adapters - For FF14B & FJ40's. FF14b spacer kit for brackets
Gussets - 60,90,120deg, solid or 3-hole
IH Scout - Spring hangers, perches, and U-Bolt plates
Leaf Spring Hangers - All Leaf Spring Hangers are .25" (1/4) HR P&O Plate
Link Brackets & Loose Link Tabs -3 Link and 4 Link Suspension tabs and brackets
Mounting Plates - 1/4" cage mounting plates. 1.5, 1.75 & 2" OD Tube
Reinforcement Plates
Shackles - 4, 5 & 6" Universal shackles with rounded ends, .375 (3/8) thick
Shock Brackets & Loose Shock Tab - all are .25" (1/4) HR P&O Plate Steel.
Skid Plates
Spring Perches - 2, 2.5, 3" wide perches for 2.75-3" axle tubes. These are .25" (1/4) thick HR P&O Steel Plate, CNC Laser cut and CNC 290 ton Brake bent. Sold in pairs

Trusses - available March 1st, 2006
U-Bolts & U-Bolt Plates - provide 3 options in leaf spring placement so you can adjust WB (or maybe not have to replace a driveline). They are also set up for secure U bolt retention while being able to fit a variety of axle tube diameters (2.75" t0 3.5"). They are reinforced laterally with a bend of 45 degrees and we have models that will fit from 1.75" (Scout) to the larger 4" (certain GM) leaf springs. They are .375" HR P&O Steel plate and can work with .5625" (9/16) to .625" (5/8) U bolts, we recomend 5/8", why use a lighter piece of steel when you don't have too?
