I think they are not interested to make special orders to international customers..
Maybe I should use only one shock/side at front..

You'll find the ride improves with the single, regular shocks up front. The only reason they put the second shock on each side was for folks who would either hang heavy bumpers and winches on the stock trucks and go banging through jobsites and/or the woods or folks up in the snowy reaches who would put plows on their trucks for half the year. Otherwise it's just overkill.

I've got one of the military 1 ton trucks with a diesel and the military didn't spec those second shocks.

Sounds about right. If anything the more offroad time should say you don't need the double shocks. Unless you're doing some kind of high speed Finnish rally racing with your truck or something that is...
