Oxy/Acetylene torch setting....easy one

What do my regulators need to be at? I got everything else, just need to know how much of each /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

start with 7 psi of Acetylene and 15 PSI of O2

i use closer to 30 for my o2 setting

and I use about 30 for O2 as well, and 10 for acetylene.

I have bumped it up too if I want more heat, but 7-10 and 15-20 has worked real well for me.

40 and 5, it was what I was taught on the job, and at two different classes in school.

For cutting I run em at 7 Acetylene, and ~40 for oxygen. If I'm cutting 1-2" plate the O2 goes up to 50 and the fuel to ~9.

It just really depends on tip size and the thickness of material being cut.

For cutting I suppose? 25 O2 and 5 Act. Go up from there.
