P/S O-Ring vs Dbl flare

Does anyone Know if the older style power steering box can be converted to use newer o-ring hoses, or vice versa? Or would it be simpler to just change the pump to match the box?

No way of making one box into the other that i know of. You can however easily change the fitting on the back of the power steering pump to match the gear box you have.
