i have used painless products over the years, top notch! :waytogo: on the current rig i have their dual battery isolator kit and fuel pump relay, both quality kits. also the direction they provide you can actually follow :D

I have a electric fan kit from painless. Highly recommended. I thought I had a bad temp sender when I installed it. They sent another one no questions asked.

I recently used their TBI harness when I put a '90 motor in my '78. It's a great product and their tech dept are really helpful.
Read the booklet a few times before installation so you are really familiar with what to do and in what order. Take your time and do as they suggest ie: lay the loom out in the engine bay, route everything so it looks good and clears all sharp/moving/hot parts before you even think of securing it at any point.
Are you doing a retro fit? (new motor in old truck?) You'll need to fab a mounting board for some of the sensors and relays but they suggest a way for that. I mounted all my stuff including the ecu in the glove box.
Good luck.

helped seventyk5 install his on his rig and it turned out pretty nice. I would do business w/'em again.

I bought a complete harness from them for my 71K5, and it was way above my expectations. Easy to install and labeled clearly.

i compleatly re-wired my 82 k5 with the painless kit, it looked overwhelming when i laid everything out. but man it was a breeze to install..everything is labled nicely, comes with all the conectors that you will need. i also run the painless high amp alternator setup, and the waterproof dual battery setup..i would highly recomend them..
