painting hood scoops

I just got my lund faux ram air hood scoops.I need to paint them chevy black to match my truck. I went to a couple of shops by me and they wanted between $150 & $200 just to paint them. My question is can I get a "descent" job out of a spray can? and what would the steps be? TIA, ERIK

Yes if done right some rattle can jobs look real good.. If you are trying to match factory paint it might be a little harder but they do make some that will be close.. I can tell you for $200 bucks to paint a hood scoop I would do it myself..
