Help!!
Time to replace everything on the hard top, including all seals and yes it does have sliding windows. I know LMC truck offers just about everything BUT where do i find the seals for the sliding window?

Is LMC truck the best place to purchase all the weather stripping?

Please I need advice. What paint to use? Anything I should consider??

Help

I don't know if they have everything, but Sofseal is probably the best weatherstripping you can get. As for the sliders, I haven't found anyone that makes a good replacement for the felt that the window slides on. The stuff from LMC for this is complete junk, it will not fill the channel and the windows will rattle.

So far I think I will be workin with Mark at Motor City K5, they are a new vendor on the site and have been great to work with so far.

Is there a top and bottom per instructions? Or can you try and rotate the gasket? If not, are you trying to stretch the gasket? Most of the time those types of products are designed with future shrinkage in mind. So if you are trying to stretch it (not saying you are) that could be the problem.

Its for the sliding window option style, we understand it may be a little large but isn't this much slack excessive? I know from 73-75 there are a few options such as slider or non slider then deep factory tint or standard. Could this be the issue? I really need to find some who has restored one of these before......
