Okay, okay, yes the park is reserved for the entire day. Technically we were paying the same amount before because we use it for more than 3hrs so I figured we might as well make it official.
And this year we changed the Friday morning meet and greet to be at the park instead of Area BFE. Thought it would be a nice change of pace for at least one year.

So have you made arrangements with a local bakery for donuts Friday morning? So that is 100 assorted donuts and six gallons of Coffee you have to get right?

There are a couple of bakeries in Moab; I was thinking it would be cool to patronize a local establishment.
The coffee will have to be BYOC. I don't see a practical way to do it otherwise since I don't want to have to mess with coffee makers.

We love volunteers! I just want to make it easy so we can all hit the trail without a bunch of clean up.
