Parked my truck in november on a slight hill, which made the one side look tall and the other side compressed and was alot smaller looking.

Today I finally moved it and one side looks like 6" lift and one side looks like 3" lift.

Will it even out? :(

If you're really concerned, put the truck up on jackstands and leave it for a while. The weight of the tires and axles should "pull" the springs back down.

ya, something might just be stuck, maybe your leaves are rusted and started to stick together and they wont slide to let it lift up? try flexing out your truck the opposite way. it might pop something loose that should move.

Yip, Id say springs or shackle bolts bound up. Go out and articulate the hell out of it on both sides. Id spray lube it all up. Worse comes to worse you may have to take the leafs and bolts apart and lube the springs and Id replace the bolts if they are rusted bad.
