Parking brake caliper

I ran across these in a mag yesterday. Looks like something worth checking out. So are chevy 3/4 / 1 ton rotors larger than 13" diameter? They look mechanical to me so no fluid???? Just hook up some type of linkage and voia', also might be cool individually actuated for turning brakes.

I've been seriously thinking about designing and building a Transfer case bracket to hold one of those on the rear output shaft, with an 8 inch disc but from 3/8's plate, that bolts to the backside of the output yoke.

rotor thickness up to 0.81" = no go w/ Chevy 3/4 ton rotors...
