I just replaced my wheel cylinders and now I can't get my parking brake light to go off. I tried bleeding the brakes again, and I tried loosening (extending) the brake adjuster screw and it's still on. I can't figure it out...any thoughts?

You did bleed the system right? Both front and back?

If so, you need to reset the combination (proportioning) valve, on the front crossmember. There's a rubber nipple covering the button, but you should be able to jsut push it in with your thumb.

If the light pops back on again, however, it's due to a difference in pressure...

I'm too lazy to retype the entirety of my why-the-parking-brake-light-comes-on litany. ;)

Nope, only bled the rear. Guess I'll do the front then look at the combination valve- thanks.
