parking break light is on

the parking break is on in my k-5 but the break is not on is there like a fuse that i can pull or a wire i can cut or pull

You can remove the bulb from the dash or fix whats causing it.

Have you used the parking brake lately ?

Push the break down and release a couple times.. Make sure the pedal comes all the way back up even if you have to pull it up by hand..

Sometimes if it's not all the way up the light will come on even though it is not engaged..

you can do a search for this as it has been asked before. On my '72 there was a wire coming off the proportioning valve. If you disconnect it the light will go off - it was very simple to do. Check it out and see if your truck is similar.
