Part Hoarders

Nothing so cool as that, but I still have pretty much everything I've ever taken off of it, whether I'll ever need it again or not. /eyeroll
There was a period of time when I was hoarding all of the impossible-to-find interior trim. (Chrome bedside rails, carpet, tailgate carpet holddowns, B-pillar area carpet holddowns, etc) I even have a set of those vertical seal holders that for the tailgate weatherstripping.....
It's unclear how much if any of this will end up getting polished, restored, replated and installed on the truck I'm building... but I hope so.

Let's see......5 hoods, 4 l. fenders, 6 r. fenders, 5 ea l and r doors. Several bedsides, inner fenders, grills etc. 2 complete parts c-10 lwb, complete parts k10 burb, complete parts k5....shelves and shelves of parts, moldings, hubcaps (no dog dishes though) and then there is the shed full of motors.............oh my, it's a miracle my wife hasn't left me! At least I don't have any K5 hardtops kicking around any more.
I've sold off most of my "hoard". When I started buying the second of something because I couldn't find the original I knew I had too much. However, if you end up with another set of 4 of those hub caps (just the solids though, my current Chevy is a 2WD) shoot me a PM.

Wow, maybe I need to try and straighten and polish the two I have. They came off my '73 so I'd have to change the bow ties from yellow to blue, too. Are the older dog dishes that different, or is it just ones in really good shape going for that much?
Was out in the shed today and couldn't remember if I had that style or the newer, flatter ones, so I pulled out the tub out with my 1/2 wheel parts. One looked ok, the other was a bit banged up. The fronts are ok, but don't help my 2WD C/10. I'm going to try and fix the one and then I'll just need 2 more. Unfortunately, I don't have the steel wheels anymore
