Part number for 52" swap bushings?

Anyone happen to have a part number for some poly bushings when you swapped to 52's up front?

I searched, but can't get an specific part number.

I need the number too, I put my set I had on a buddies truck and now my original source (timmay), isn't pushing parts anymore...
