part number for conversion joint

I am about to put three quarter ton axles under a half ton truck and can't find any part numbers for the correct u-joint to do this. Does anyone out there have any numbers for me?

Close! The 12 bolt to 14BFF is Napa #348.

I knew I was close, but I wasn't 100% on that number. I had to use the 447 for my truck.
