Front deflector/plastic black thing under bumper. Does it have the inside rear side panels from doors to tail gate?

I have responded twice post #14 and #22 look back at the post unless they are not showing up for you?

I said the rear panels are really nice and I have a new plastic deflector but is not cut for the factory tow hooks.

Let me know what I am doing wrong?
