1/2 ton status
Brother's 89 Formula chucked a rod, so we're going Gen III 5.3L.
Almost everything is here, we sold the coil and the distributor, but everything else is there. Well, except for one rod.
Complete TBI intake and throttle body - $25
Roller lifters, retainers and spider - $50
Complete serpentine setup minus smog pump, with AC - $125
Valve covers - $10
Almost new water pump - $10
Almost new plug wires, just some cheapies - $5
Exhaust manifolds - $10
Pushrods, fairly new - $15
Rockers, non roller, stock - $5
I'll have more as I get into it further. The timing chain only has like 800 miles on it, so that wil be up. Also have 7, possibly 8 .03 over hypereutectic pistons. Gotta see if the piston got thrown up into the head or not. Doesn't appear as if there are any bent valves, so I'm hopeful.
Gotta go to Philly all week next week, but I can ship this weekend.
