Parts 6.2 for Free

[ntsqd]

This is a nearly whole engine in the 93003 zip code. It's missing small stuff like the Alt, oil filler cap, air filter can, etc. It's been sitting on my driveway for a year. B4 I take it apart to be able to scrap it I thot I'd see if there's interest in it. Don't know much about these engines. Odds of it being from a CUCV or a HMMV are pretty good given the source. I don't really want to part it out, just would like it gone. Best bet is to drop me a note using my user name at yahoo.com if interested.

[edit]Realized I need to note that I currently do not have any means for lifting this jewel into a truck bed. With some warning I MAY be able to borrow an engine hoist.[/edit]

Local is harder than you think- im in NYC- And im also in a salty area.

It's not that I couldnt find one *somewhere*, but rather, if its free, shipping doesnt seem so unreasonable at the very end.

Since you are here in Cali why not pick it up?
Actually if you want one cheap, go to PNP here there plenty and you can have one complete for under $200.
