I have a 91 K5 5.7l. I'm putting together a offroad tool and recovery kit and I want to know what y'all recommend for fuses and other small electrical items I should have on hand in case of breakdown? I bought extras for the fusebox already.
Appreciate your time

In increasing order, depending on your level of need

Standard fuses for your year
Fuel pump
Fuel line
Ignition module for your TBI
I always carry a few plugs
Fluids
U joints
Recovery
Gloves
Spare tire
Axle shafts
Drive shafts

Any tools that you would use to add or subtract those parts from the truck. If I use a tool on the truck, I buy a second that stays in the truck

And then there’s this list of rabbit holes

RGR. Thank you. Will get a ignition module for sure. For u joints do you recommend one brand over another?

Someplace on here is a similar thread. Lemme finish packing for Moab and I’ll look for it

Hardware. It sounds stupid, but I would get a little bolt bin and try and keep at least 1 of every size bolt your truck has in it....

I also should take my own advice.... hah
