I am planning to go full hydro during the next K5 rebuild. With that said I have no idea on what my current stuff is worth. I will be selling everything except my steering pump. Here is the list of parts:

1. 2 wheel drive steering box, rebuilt and tapped by WTO. About 5000 miles on it.
2. Drop pitman arm. About 5000 miles on it.
3. Rockstomper sleeved bent draglink with ends. 3" to 6" lift. About 5000 miles on it.
4. Sky D60 steering arm. About 3000 miles on it.
5. Rockstomper sleeved tie rod with ends. About 6000 miles on it.
7. PSC 1.75x8" ram and lines. I don't think it has 1000 miles on it.
8. Ram mounts on both the axle and tie rod plus hardware. The tie rod has a clamp on it so you can set the toe without cutting tabs off and rewelding them on.
9. I might have a brand new stock replacement pump to go with it. I have to check my parts bin.
10. Forgot to add, I will include the ORD bolt on steering brace and bolts.
I know I have a chunk of change in this stuff and it works very good. I would like to sell it as a complete set up so all that is needed is somebody to modify their stock pump or buy a good aftermarket pump. Any idea on what a good price would be for everything?

Somebody has to have some sort of idea on what it is worth. I just don't want to put it up for sale when I'm ready at some stupid price.

My personal opinion......add up the cost of the listed parts if purchased new. Then decide how badly/quickly you want them gone and advertise for a percentage of the new cost. If you want a quick turn-around start with 50%, if no hurry you can try testing the waters with 75% and see if you get any bites.

I already have all this stuff and therefore it's not on my wish list, so I would consider this an unbiased opinion.

$800 is to low. I was thinking $1000 would still be a good cheap price for all of that. Buying all that new would be around $1500 - $1600 I am guessing.

Here is how I price things.

Start out high.

Judge your price based on the number of replies of interest you get. Meaning you don't need cash offers if someone is asking questions then you intrigued their interest at that price point.

If you don't get many replies then start lowering your price. Once you reach a point where you are getting a steady stream of replies stop. It will eventually sell at that price. There are always tire kickers when selling something but even tire kickers shop for a good deal they wont follow through on. Don fall for the low ball "CASH" offer. When someone says that to me I always tell them I accept food stamps also and I already recieved a higher foodstamp offer. What else is there besides cash? duh.

Your stuff has name brand on everything I sold a similar steering set up except for a couple things I did not sell the box with it or pump, my setup was high steer, I built my own tie rod and dragling and had both right and left side arms, used a surplus center ram and the ram was welded on to the tie rod.

I sold all the stuff locally for 400 bucks. It took a while to sell but i was not in a big hurry to sell the stuff. If I were to put in on the web I think I would have asked 500.

I don't think you will get a grand out of it, I think the 800 price is a better way to go.

I mean its only crossover not even high steer and it seems very few people will really appreciate the amount of quality that is obvious in your setup

Keep in mind of course I am a cheap bastage though

If you didn't live so far away I might be interested, but the shipping price alone would suck for me out here in CA.

if you decide to split it up, I'd be interested in the ram.......

well, I dont have much help for pricing, Ive only priced out a crossover kit. they sell for about 340.

Anyhow, Id be interested in picking up the crossover parts, maybe youve got enough buyers within CK5 to split it up?

Like I said, it might be a possibility if I get buyers for everything. It will be a few weeks untill it is ready to sell though.
