You cannot just swap in a 73-74 grill with your current core support. You need all of the brackets at a minimum and a 73-74 core support ideally. The 73-74 core support has the outer brackets as part of the main structure of the core support.

I have the mirrors you want coming off of my C10 to be replaced by sport mirrors and a good section of the dash for the radio patch panel in my '75 GMC parts truck. I can get you pictures later today.

I'd recommend a new clear gauge cluster cover, all the old ones turned yellow with UV exposure over time.

I have the parts for the grille swap. Just need the 73-74 center support and the outer brackets since I have an external hood release I believe.

I’d be interested in the mirrors if they’re nice and a good price. Otherwise I’m supposed to get some from a guy off Facebook in a week or so. I do need a clean radio dash section.

I’m guessing the gauge cluster covers you can get on LMC so I’ll check that out.

Here is a picture of the dash.

If you found a good set mirrors locally I'd say go for them. Shipping glass can be a pain.

I'm a week out two away from pulling the drivetrain and cutting up what is left of the body. I'd cut out what you need and ship it to you for $25 plus shipping.

I have a 208 and the crossmember, I also have the adapter to either 465 or th400.
But I am in California.
If you don't find it let me know.

I'm ready to cut out the dash radio patch if you still need it. I also have a pair of doors without speaker holes but rusty bottoms that could be cut up for your patch panels. And I have an internal tire carrier main bracket.

$50 plus shipping for all of it. I can get it all ready to ship over the weekend.

Unless you are missing your crossmember, your original should be compatible with a NP208 adapter. That is, if you use the 81-84 tall adapter.

I have a set of hydro pedals and console/tire carrier if the others fall thru.

I am running a NV4500 so I won’t be using any adapters. Which is why I needed an “S” style crossmember. Picked one up today.

I saw your PM on the pedals. I am interested in them. I was waiting on some other purchases before I dropped the coin for them.
