Does anyone know off hand what other model year parts will work for my 74 blazer are they pretty much interchangable or will only certain years work

Tailgate innards, including window stuff should be the same '73-91.

Rear seat stuff should be the same up through '77. After that the rear area changed, and at some point went to a flip-fold setup. Note that a Suburban third seat is the same as your back one in the same years.

Heater stuff I would guess would be the same through at least '80, but I don't know for sure.
