ok so I put my zero rates on.. however.. all went good and fine.. but one of the studs that go into the axle housing wouldnt seperate from the nut.. hence the entire thing came out... well I cant get it seperated so just wanted to know where I could get a new one. Havent tried autozone or advanced auto yet... but will later... have to return parts to autozone and core to napa... just curious though...
Thanks
Jeff

Have you tried putting two nuts on the other end of the stud and tightening them against each other? Then put it in a vise and clamp down on the middle nut. This way when you go to take the frozen nut off the stud will won't move. A little penetrating oil wouldn't hurt either, as will a little heat.

I used a 'nut splitter' (yes, that's what it's called) on mine. After it split I just put on a new nut. They may even have one you can loan out at the auto store.
