Passenger side lock

When hitting the lock and unlock switch on the driver side, the passenger door is not responding. Is there anything I can specifically look for before I start tracing wire down?

take panel off make sure it is plugged in, do you have an alarm? keyless entry?

I don’t. It was hooked up. I have the panel off now redoing power window harness

There are relays under the dash next to the steering column. And it is fused.

check the lock rods make sure one of the little plastic clips didnt break that holds it together

I don't think he has power to the lock solenoids.
