Dropped my TH350/np203 combo the other day, and wanted to pass on some little tips.
Although I cannot claim authorship, the old "picker in the door" trick worked really well.

Just hang a chain down through the transfer case shifter hole and wrap it around the adapter. With the tranny drained (but not the Torque Conv), everything was balanced perfectly. By far, the easiest tranny drop I've ever been a part of (even though it was the heaviest).
Although I don't think it necessary, I removed the whole access panel in the floorboard. It made getting those hard to reach bell housing bolts a snap. I highly, highly recommend this to anyone that has the means.
Some other tricks from CK5.com that helped:
Using a 2x4 across the front springs to support the engine (it rests on the pan).
Have a buddy there to work the picker so you can get that stingy crossmember out and guide the tranny down.
