Patch panels

Does anyone know where I could get a rear floor (near tailgate) patch panel kit for a k5 blazer? I would like to cut out a strip 6" wide the lengh of the tail gate and weld in new. I was looking for something that has the same factory form not just a flat piece of metal.

I just saw steel body panels nothing for patch panels.....Maybe I will have to call.......
