Took a few more picture of my truck, figured I'd throw them out there show you guys my cab corners that I'm taking care of:

So obviously I cut out the rust from my passenger side cab corner and just used some 1/16" steel to patch it up. Then covered it with some Herculiner. I still hafta re-attatch the seat belt. (wasn't a big deal, no one ever rides shot gun)
I'll put up more pictures of when I do the driver side, maybe a step by step.

Also got this winter grill cover from RealTruck.com to be ready for the nasty New England winter thats quickly approaching. Figured it'll keep the road salt/sand out and keep the heat in, especially since my A/C condenser is now a tranny cooler, don't want it to be too cold.

x2. It's all straight lines and corners in that spot so it makes for an easy fix. No compound curves. Mine's gonna need attention in that spot soon. It was solid.
