I know the pictures suck,but how is the pattern lookin.I think I'm gettin close.I'm getting a sharp edge(line) at the root on the drive side.Move the pinion deeper?

Pinion too deep. Remove some shim...start by taking out .006-.010 then go from there in about increments of (+ or -) .002 until you get it right.

Oh yeah it was at .009 The gears call for .008-.0012
