1/2 ton status
I'm noticing that my PCV valve is going nuts. When I leave it alone my engine run at a higher rpm but once I put my finger on the end of the pcv valve it runs lower...what gives???

The PCV valve is sucking air out of the crankcase , which is there by the vent on the other valve cover . Of course its going to run different , your richening it by blocking the extra air with your finger .
