Please help! I want to get my Wheel Spacers ordered from Performance Tire & Wheel today & I don't know what to order.
MY Dana 60 measures 69" & the rear 14ff measures 67". The problem is that the studs are 1-1/4" long so if I go with the 1" spacer, the studs will need grinding. I thought 1.25 would do it but Shawn's article says that the 1.5" spacer he used barely cleared the studs. I don't want to go wider with the 1.25" spacer & still have to grind.
Is anyone else running these spacers on a 14bolt & if so, what's the minimum size I can use to clear the studs?
If anyone ground the studs off, was there much to that?

Thanks
Brian

I got 1-1/4" spacers and they clear the studs just fine.
