has older style intake bolt pattern (no vortec, no tbi heads) and a square bore bolt pattern so it will require an adapter to bolt on a q-jet which I will include at no extra cost for anyone that wants it. Ive had it sand blasted but its gotten a little dirty sitting around in the shop.It is used but in pretty good condition and I think all the bolt holes are still good with threads intact but I will check next time Im at the shop to verify and get some pics
