perma locked doors

My barn doors on my 90 suburban have the button that you press to open the doors busted off and I would just stick a screwdriver in there to open the doors, it wouldn't matter whether or not the doors were locked they still opened. I locked the doors one day and could the back doors open. is there any way to get them open other than breaking the hinges?

I would start by removing as much of the interior panels as you can. You should be able to access the interior of the door to work the linkage once it is off.
