Steve,

Any pics of your Dana 60 steering arm for 3-4" lift? I'm referring to the old school arm - not crossover. When I called for some D60 parts kits and studs, one of the fellows mentioned your design does away with the 'cylinder' inside that lifted steering block.

I have a 3" block on my D60, if you need it let me know.

I don't mean to steer you away from Off Road Design but I think they were talking about Off Road Unlimited. ORU has some arms that look similar to a stock arm except they are pointed forward so they work on the right side knuckle with crossover steering. I think their kit is (or was) close to double the cost of an ORD kit.

I've never bought from ORU, so I'm 100% sure it was ORD. I called ORD to order some bearing kits, ujts, and studs for my current 3" block and they said they have a 3" block setup that does away with the kingpin cylinder that the old kits had. These 'old kits' were the style as pictured in this thread. Yeah, ORU stuff is pricey.
