Here's a pic of the quick trim job i did just before the Easter run in Oregon. I left the inner fender intact and just bent it back and tack welded it to the fender. (temporary measure...)

That's about how I'll trim mine...if I trim them at all. I still don't know yet.

Those are 36" Swampers and a 5" lift. No contact at all anymore.

Is that an older Kayline soft top you have on there?

The top is only 6 months old but is the older style Kayline. Looks like I bought it at the right time, namely when they were still available.

Back in September last year when I ordered mine I figured it'd be a couple of days, you know pull it off the shelf and ship. How hard could it be? After 4 1/2 weeks I emailed Kayline and was told they don't build a top they don't have an order for...so mine was being built. So unless an unknown shop out there ordered and recieved a bunch of older Kayline tops I highly doubt they're available anymore.

nice job!!!!!!!! i'm pull'n out the sawzall to do mine this weekend. you said temp. fix on the spot welds how are you going to permanantly do it? i'm looking for ideas for mine if you can help me out. I want to do bushwackers 13/4" cutouts but i need to save up $$$$ so i can do both front and rear.
