don't take the word "NEW" too seriously, just like someone on here saying they just bought a "new" '78 Blazer...

it's new to me, and i've never owned one before. :D
 
that will be anice addition to your rig.be sure to mount it feet forward. it has enough power to break the housings if it is mounted like that.

That's the first thing I was wondering about when I was looking at those pics. I've noticed most of the big winches are feet forward... is there some sort of rule of thumb for that (like all 8k+ winches, or all 10k+ winches) or is it a case by case situation?
 
iirc, Warn recommends everything over 9k be feet forward... it's just such a better way to mount em.. for usually little effort... clocking the levers is usually simple if need be...

that's a beast of a winch! :bow: looks to be in excellent condition too....
 
nice winch.whatd it set you back.as said looks like in newish condition.i like your girl on the horse.haha.i think i seen that movie in the 80's
