Last weekend, on our extended trip to Yosemite, I was able to do some wheeling & dealing. We stopped in Mountain View & picked up a set of Smittybilt step bars, for $30. Pretty sweet deal, but they came with no instructions!

These bars are for my '89 Suburban, and according to the catalog, the part number is correct for my vehicle. I can't find any pictures of the mounting anywhere though, nor can I find the instructions. Anyone with a Suburban have these, and can you post a photo of the front & rear mounting of them? I would be much appreciative!

I also sold my old 56" rear leaf springs with blocks, for $50 while in Aptos! I guess I made out pretty well this weekend!

Thanks,
Clay

Alright, I figured it out. Kind of a "Duh" moment.

After taking the bars down under the truck with me, it was pretty obvious how they mounted. Kind of dumb I think, the rear mounts to the spring eye bolt, and the front mounts to the body mount. Drilling required ;)
