14 bolt diff question
Found one for a good deal. YEEHAW Just a few questions; I pulled the cover off and found a part of one of the bushing cups for the spider gears floating around at the bottom. Should I be worried about this? I will eventually put in a lunchbox detroit so I am wondering how vital this piece is and if I treat it right how long can I let it go? The rest of it seems ok, no blueness of bearings or gears, no crunchiness or grinding, one axle seal is blown so it needs shoes but otherwise good. Anybody else seen this before??
