Had a great trip overall, but LOTS of carnage was had by ALL!!!

We'll start with a couple of videos. The grey Blazer with red cage is mine.
The other Blazer belongs to Blazen91. On his second jump he broke his shock mount, TH400 case and possibly his dana 60 housing. Not a big jump, but it did some damage.

Jumping the Blazers

This is the video of my flop. I had already ran this crack once and got some nice air undeer my tires but no one got any pics or videos so I had to do it again. The same time i was not so succesfull.

And last but NOT least is our buddy Onlychevy6 lost his clutch and ended up rolling about 3 times down a hill. He was slightly bruised up, his wife only had minor scratches and another guys son was in the back is fine also. No one from our group actually saw the entire roll. But the jist of what happend is he jammed his tire on the side of the hill as he was going down so he tried to back up and his clutch cable popped out and the truck rolled forward causeing him to go over. The best part of this was that we replaced the tire that popped and drove the blazer back to camp. Started right away. No problems. The worst part is that this was his first time really wheeling his truck. But he is in good spirits and is looking for another pre-75 blazer to build.

This is the hill he rolled down. he started with an end over end and then turned into a 3 full turn barrel roll.

And here are a few more pics taken this weekend. I'll add more as more people come up with some.

I called her as soon as we found out she was okay with it she knows i would not let him in a bad sitch!!!! :p:

That sucks about the roll but I guess he can reuse all his drivetrain etc for the new build. Good thing no one was hurt badly.

This is why you get my GMOTM VOTE!!!!

How the heck does your engine run at an angle like that, lol

I can only assume it is becuase it is EFI, but what about oiling, how does the oil pump do anything?

It's not EFI it's a QUADRAJET!!! Mine has always ran at extreme angles with no worries. :D:D:D An i didn't loose oil presure or burn any oil while at that angle either. Only problem I had was the K&N caught fire so we ripped it off and then all was good.

Craig, jeff lives in San Clemente but I'm sure he will travel up to your area if he finds a good deal.:cool1:

Nice Jump and flop Estaban :waytogo:
Wish I could have made it out maybe next time, I'm getting the sub ready for blazerfest :D

Because my brother built his carb. He's a master with the Q-jet.

just curious, but. Do you have plans to narrow your front now? that video was kinda like a Sales pitch for narrowed front clips ;P

Cool clips.... Wish my comp at work had sound.

What's his address....I'll send him my Q-Jet to work on.....I'd like a little of THAT behavior with mine.

ps. My favorite part of the video was the cameraman sneezing non-stop for the first minute of the v-crack clip!!! :D

how did he modify it? or is it a secret?

He didn't modify it. He simply rebuilds it the way a CERTAIN company rebuilds them and they come out AWESOME!!!He works for this company and does these on the side.:D
