Is that like a Wakashaw compressor? A dude that used to ork with me worked for a while at a machine shop that did all the crank griding for the Wakashaw deals...I still have the intake valve..It is about 10" tall with a seat diameter of like 3.5" /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif Those are some BIG con. rods

Holy bageezus those are some huge rods, about how much do those weigh?
 
I seen a few of those natural gas compressers at a local gas distribution plant. Those things are huge..............
 
Power pistons look sorta Clark RH-ish, but they aren't laid over flat like that. 2 stroke ?

Didn't you say those con rods weighed like 125lbs each? Are those are made by BRB, supposedly a 9" stroke, but really comes out as a 3" stroke. /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif
 
Yeah, they are similar to Wakesha and Clark. Company is called Ajax. Two stroke engines. Conn rods weigh about 125 lbs apiece. The flywheels weigh two tons each! As far as puttin' in your truck, you first have to modify your frame to account for about 20,000 extra pounds /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif Bryan, yes Tyler is the proud owner of the Suburban /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
