Pics of bumpers?

Here's a pic of the type of bumper I WON just by being a member here at CK5 :D:D:D

blazen.jpeg

It's built by http://blazenoffroad.com and costs $750.

My freshly powder coated White winch bumper. I'm happy to pic whore it. :D My lower frame mounts are not bolted up in these pics but it mounts to the frame below too at the round flanges.

Holly Hell!!!

You are now officialy the White Rhino.

Any one else hear anchors away when they look at those pics? :haha::haha::haha:

;P It's beautiful fab work, don't get me wrong, but I think I can fit my K5 in between the stinger and your grille, without scratching either :haha:

The biggest problem is that looking at Burbs like yours makes me want one again ... I gave mine up in the divorce (I kept the two K5's, can't complain), and though I very rarely *need* one, a Burb would be nice now and again...

Not that I'm big on vehicle names but I thought of the same name for my burb :D. A logo on the side of a White Rhino with instead of legs there's mud tires, with his head down and charging. That would be kinda cool...no?

Ya'know, when I first was building it I played around with the angle of the stinger for about an hour. I would put higher, then lower, then real high, then real low. It just looked good right where I put it, so thats where it got welded in. I'm very happy with the way it came out for my first try at a bumper. The winch fits in between the grill and the winch plate mount by about an inch. The stinger does'nt stick out much farther really.

To bad about your burb.

I think that could work.

i like the simplicity of your front bumper - i'd likely add a bit to beef up it's ability to withstand a hard hit, and i like the idea of having a small stinger to keep stuff out of the grille, but i live that you haven't gone crazy with some big ass lumpy bumper like the ORD bumpers... yuk.

thanks. ya,i want to add a little more onto the front. and possibly the rear the only thing missing on both are supports that would take place of the OEM stamped supports. but if u look carefully u can see under my body on the rear theres a support for the bend.o ya, and a front hitch will be in the future so i can put a winch on a tray to move it to the front and rear...

My turn

Front is home made and chrome dipped. Rear is Blazen off Road's HD bumper and is AWESOME!!! I've beat the crap outta my rear bumper in Moab and i have yet to do anything further than scratch the paint.
