We had our first 2001 trail ride today and one of the guys in the club broke a Dana 35c axle shaft on a pretty steep rutted hill. After he winched up, a fellow club member and myself cut a lot for a skid. Chained it to his axle and Keith and I took turns and drug him all the way out. Was over some pretty nasty stuff too.

Tough luck. Being a newer TJ, bet he wished he had gotten the Dana 44 option. It would have replaced the Junk 35C.
