IF i am inderstanding you correctly a blazer and a short bed pickup are the same wheel base? You used a blazer frame and a pickup cab and a 6'bed. i figured if i went from my reg cab 8' bed frame to a blazer frame i should lose about 32" of length

I cant be `100 percent positive but I think a short bed pickup has like 10 or so more inches on the blazer.

He shortened the shortbed to make it fit /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I cut 11" out of it to fit, notice the stepsides are completely gone.

Short bed trucks have a 116"or so wheel base.I only have a 5' bed,I wacked 13" off the front /forums/images/graemlins/hack.gif/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Sweet i think this is what i will do. I have to cut the bed down anyway so whats a couple more inches. I have a bed kinda like crawln73's So i can take it off the front and it will work out great. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

one more thing did any of the cab mounts line up? I figure the ones in the front will line up but what about the ones at the back of the cab?

Get enough mud on anything and it could be mistaken for a factory deal /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/histerical.gif
