Step one: Disconnect everything
Step two: Stick engine hoist through side door or window and lift motor up
Step 2.5 needed in cases where main door is not up front- use cart and roll motor to doorway.
Step three: Pull motor out main door using tow vehicle- it is more fitting to use another motorhome to do this, just to keep things more consistent.

Or be like my dad and break out the torch, hack away whatever is in the way, and pull it out the front ;) I remember he did that with a mopar 440 and an RV back when I was little.
