Picture request - Build sheets for 73-80's trucks

Hey all, as the title says I'd appreciate it if you guys could share a picture of the build sheet from your truck (the one in the glove box). If you post a pic could you also state the year and what type of truck it is. I'm looking to gather all the different codes and ways GM annotated things so when I finish my build I can have a "correct" build sheet. Thanks

RPO codes didn't change right up to current models.
Truck, Chevelle Camaro BBC or SBC makes no difference.

All GM ever did was add RPOs, never delete, for later yrs options like as heated seats & mirrors, 140 alts, etc

Thanks for that list. Searching through it I did notice some things were different or missing, but this is a big help, thank you.
