Picture Resizing

Photoshop!! I made an action to resize and save for web, can run batch files throught it too.

If ya want to do it on your local drive, take a visit over to www.irfanview.com and download their free software. Works awesome for resizing photos, in addition to lots of other cool stuff.

Download "resizer" and you can right click on any photo file you have and resize it. That is actually the easiest way. It is one of the power toys free from Microsoft! Link!

Photofiltre makes it easy to recompress, resize, and change gamma (exposure). I've been using it for about a year now.

MSPaint. Save said pic to comp, click on it to send to MSPaint, ctrl+w enter in 40% height and width, ctrl+s saves it. Easy and you already have it, thats how I do all of mine...
