"looking in my book again" The upper piece on the 75 and 76 look identical. Except for the front turn signal lamps. The 75's are in the grill and the lower bumper(valence). The 76's are only in the lower bumper(valence).Looks like it will bolt right up in there. It would be nice to find some color pictures of both the 75 and 76:)

One From None

I know where I can find some. I'll try and get some good closeups so we can check out the differences.

When will your Bird project be done? Looks like it is coming along nicely!

It should be on the road and inspected soon. I need to do a little more body work and have some rust welded in the rear window channel. I also need that front bumper and valence. I've got a 4bbl intake ready to be installed and a friend that is building me a carb as we speak. Once I get all the little things done, then it will be drivable and things will really take off!

What engine? 350, 400, 428 or 455?

It's got a Pontiac 350 and a TH350 tranny. The motor is currently a 350 2bbl, but I've got an intake and 4bbl getting ready to be installed!

Hey, I just noticed that the '75 Formula in the pix above has what looks like a '74 valence on it. The other '75s there have the cornering lamp holes plugged up...

Yeah, I think that the Esprit and the Trans Am had a different valance than the Formula and some Firebirds. I've seen several Esprits with TA looking valances. My Firebird's looks like the Formula's. I've got mine in pieces - anybody know how to weld plastic?
