Here are some more fun pictures from my past. This truck was my first vehicle. I bought it in 1993 and it caught fire in 1997. It was a '78 Scottsdale. Those of you who are familiar with interiors will notice that the interior is pre-'77. I've always like the older interior appointments better so I was constantly retro-fitting it (steering wheel, door panels, dash plate, etc.). The front grille is also from a '75 truck. I even retro-fitted the hood release bracketry. The silver and white paint job is a Krylon spray can job. In the first two pictures I am taping it up for another coat.

It was my own stupid fault, I had just bought a Holley 650 and jury-rigged a fuel line just so I could go out that night. It didn't hold. I was just out of high school at the time and only had liability insurance on it. After the fire I sold the rims and tires for $150 and the rest of the truck for $200.

How much lift / what size tires did that truck have?

I really like the stance it used to have :)
It sat stock height on 15x8 rallys with 31x10.50R15 Cooper Coursers. It was a good combo. I have never gotten in lifting much because I like to keep my rides garaged.

Wish I could say that. Have 8` doors and still had to take my light bar off so it would fit.
