Ask your lawyer to obtain the photos from the accident, (the cop took pictures didn't he?) from the pictures a collision analyst should be able to tell you who hit whom and a what speed based upon the damage done and where the vehicles wound up sitting. We have a collision analyst who is a member of the RCMP who also happens to be a member of Highway Rescue with me, go to our website and check out our accidents page, there is one from Salmon Valley and he had to figure out who was going with direction and who was at falt because both drivers said it was the others fault. www.highwayrescue.ca

If the collision anyalyst can verify that there is no way that you were at fault due to where your truck wound up sittin then you can take that to court and shove it down her throat. If there is no pictures, you have to rely on witnesses and then you could be screwed.

BlazerBabe is in the market for a new blazer. Maybe you could sell it to her for $10,000.

By the way, that really sucks man, I feel for ya.

There is a Right way, a Wrong way, and then there is My way. The latter is usually the most fun!
